Kris Baha
Kristian Bahoudian alias Kris Baha is niet meer weg te denken uit de Berlijnse Industrial/EBM- en clubscene. Deze veelzijdige queerartiest heeft zijn roots in Australië, Italië en Armenië en verhuisde 8 jaar geleden naar Berlijn. Hij speelt op opmerkelijke feesten/locaties in de stad zoals Cocktail D’Amore, Tresor, Berghain, RSO en Urban Spree waar hij diep in de leegte duikt om uitgebreide sets van buitenaardse machine muziek af te leveren. Ook runt hij zijn eigen live en dj-gerichte feestavond, Wired. Dezelfde ethos is van toepassing op zijn performance-based liveshows, die werden geïnspireerd door zijn liefde voor de baanbrekende shows van het 90’s industriële muziektijdperk.

Promiseland
Johann Rashid AKA Promiseland, maakt een vurige botsing van punkzang, stuwende beats, poëtische zang en ritualistische teksten. Hij had al snel een fanatieke fansbase, waaronder Julian Casablancas, die hem tekende bij zijn label Cult Records, en kroonde hem “The Future Prince of Anarchy”. Je weet nooit wanneer Rashid opduikt, maar wanneer je het het minst verwacht, hangt hij ondersteboven aan een stang aan het plafond, het signaal voor een onvergetelijke avond. Zijn debuutalbum “Sad But Happy” in oktober 2023 uit.

We’re thrilled to announce our first Grauzone x Cinetol show!
Korine is back after performing at Grauzone in 2022! The duo based in Philly is consisting of members Morgy Ramone and Trey Frye. The pair blends new wave nostalgia, early emo, and punk with a modern pop sensibility, contrasting upbeat rhythms against sullen, emotionally evocative lyrics. Forming in late 2017, the duo’s debut EP ‘Corsage,’ a moody, lo-fi set of self recorded synth driven tracks, gained the band quick traction and a series of tour dates through 2018. The tour garnered the attention of Philadelphia based label Born Losers Records, who went on to release the band’s debut album, ‘New Arrangements.’ Following a successful album release and consistent touring, Frye and Ramone then released an acclaimed two track 7” titled, ‘Uncrossed/To You,’ in the fall of 2019. 2020 saw the release of the band’s most matured set of songs to date, the sophomore album, ‘The Night We Raise,’ which heavily expanded the signature sound of the group while continuing to showcase the pair’s DIY mentality. Despite releasing during quarantine, "The Night We Raise" has sold thousands of vinyl copies and received praise from Bandcamp, Post-punk.com, and Pop Matters.
